After receiving Bolat Imanbayev, Kazakhstan's Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Armenia, Minister of Health Anahit Avanesyan spoke about the border situation and noted that the healthcare system works in two directions: "In the midst of the border crisis, the reform programme is being promoted concurrently. Cooperation and exchange of experience with partner countries is equally important," stated the Anahit.

"Political, economic, and cultural cooperation between the two countries is at a new, unprecedented level," pointed out Bolat Imanbaev, who proposed developing a road map to implement the planned cooperation in the health sector step by step, over time.

Speaking about the role of Armenian doctors in the healthcare sector and the healthcare reforms implemented in our country, Bolat Imanbaev stated that Armenia's experience is an excellent model for Kazakhstan.

Ambassador Imanbaev invited Anahit Avanesyan and the Armenian delegation to attend the health assembly in Astana in September, followed by the World Health Organization's 73rd session in October.
