Park Medi World incorporates wholly owned subsidiary to develop 550-bed multi-super-speciality hospital in Prayagraj
Park Medicity Prayagraj Ltd will execute the healthcare project awarded to Park Medi World under a Public-Private Partnership model by the Prayagraj Municipal Corporation

Park Medi World Ltd has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary, Park Medicity Prayagraj Ltd, to develop and operate a 550-bed multi-super-speciality hospital in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh. The newly incorporated entity will be responsible for executing the hospital project awarded to Park Medi World by the Prayagraj Municipal Corporation under the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) model.
According to a regulatory filing by the company, Park Medicity Prayagraj Ltd was incorporated on September 8, 2026. Park Medi World has subscribed to 1,50,000 equity shares in the subsidiary, each carrying a face value of ₹10, taking its total initial investment in the newly formed entity to ₹15 lakh. The hospital services company holds 100 per cent ownership in the subsidiary.
The subsidiary has been established specifically to undertake the Prayagraj hospital project, which will expand Park Medi World’s presence in Uttar Pradesh and add to its network of multi-super-speciality hospitals across North India.
Founded in 2000, Park Medi World operates a network of 16 multi-super-speciality hospitals under the ‘Park’ brand across Haryana, Punjab, Rajasthan, Delhi and Uttar Pradesh. The company describes itself as the second-largest private hospital chain in North India and the largest private hospital chain in Haryana in terms of bed capacity.
The Prayagraj project forms part of Park Medi World’s broader expansion across Uttar Pradesh. The company currently operates a 360-bed hospital in Agra and is developing a 400-bed facility in Gorakhpur. With the proposed 550-bed hospital in Prayagraj, the company’s total capacity in Uttar Pradesh is expected to reach 1,260 beds once the facilities are operational.
