In Saransk, the Promomed Group has begun the construction of an antitumor drug manufacturing workshop. According to the Government of the Republic of Mordovia, the enterprise, in which 4.7 billion rubles will be invested, will be located at the Biokhimik plant. The facility is expected to become one of Russia's largest pharmaceutical substation production plants, with 3.5 billion rubles invested in the project's implementation.

In addition to the workshop, the Group has several other projects in the works in Mordovia. This includes the start-up of active pharmaceutical substance production, with a capacity of 340 tons per year and a product line of 150 drugs. The company also stated its intention to open a facility for the production of medicines in the form of lyophilizates, with a capacity of more than 4 million vials per year.  The estimated investment in this project is 1.2 billion rubles.

The Biokhimik plant will open a high-tech tablet production line in December 2023. The enterprise, which was established in part due to fears that the supply of medicines from abroad would be cut off, has a capacity of 1 billion tablets per year.
